WHAT WOULD I LOOK FOR IN A COACH?
The right coach brings out your best, consistently.  To do this, the coach you select should pass the following tests:
Does this coach have a track record of helping others accomplish goals similar to what I want?
Do I feel enthused and motivated to act with this coach?
Will this coach keep up with, and ahead of me as I grow?
Do I feel I can trust this coach and that this coach is reliable?

I work well with three types of clients:
Individuals in transition who are making substantial changes in their lives.
New business start-up.
Professionals who are sharp, quick, and ready to do what it takes to reach `breakthrough' goals.

During the session she will work with you on gaining self-awareness of some of the limiting beliefs that have prevented you from moving forward in achieving your goals.  At the end of each session you will have an action plan of some definite steps you can take to move you forward.

Together we can achieve big changes.
